Will you buy back our surplus credits?

Regrettably we will not buy back any surplus credits.

Our license is due to expire and we still have credits

If your license is due to expire we will not buy back your credits. However, we will hold your credits for a maximum period of 3 months. Please email us with your request stating, name, organisation, user name and password and the credits remaining. We will then remove these from your account and store them for you until your license has been re-issued. If your organisation does not proceed with the licensing within 3 months, these credits will be deleted and will not be reissued.

If I purchase too many credits by accident what can I do?

Providing you have not used any credits following the purchase we will refund your money. If you use any of the credits we will not offer a refund. You have 3 working days to notify us of any alterations you need to make. Contact us by email via the website and provide the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Organisation
  3. User name and password
  4. Amount of Credits purchased, price paid and date of purchase
  5. Amount of Credits you wish to purchase
  6. The amount to be refunded.
  7. Name and address of bank, account number and sort code for a transaction or, name and address for a cheque to be sent.

A £10.00 charge will be made to cover the costs of the administration. This will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

I should have purchased a bigger credit bundle, Can you refund my purchase?

Yes we will refund your money providing you have not used any credits following the purchase. If you use any of the credits we will not offer a refund. You have 3 working days to notify us of any alterations you need to make. As proof or error, we will refund the money only after a larger credit bundle has been purchased. Please contact us by email via the website and provide the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Organisation
  3. User name and password
  4. Amount of Credits purchased, price paid and date of purchase
  5. Amount of Credits you have now purchased
  6. Name and address of bank, account number and sort code for a transaction or, name and address for a cheque to be sent.

No charge will be made.

Will you contact me about the status of the refund?

Yes. When we have received your email we will send a return email detailing the action taken ( this will be sent to the same address as the original refund request email ).

You have refunded me the wrong amount

Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact us immediately by phone and send the original emails for us to check. The amount owed will be sent to you within 7 working days.
